Purpose
Property Owners Network, LLC was formed for the purpose of providing the “For Sale By Owner” in Wisconsin assistance in selling their homes. Recognizing that the “Do Not Call” Legislation has severely limited the real estate broker from contacting those sellers who advertise their desire to sell their homes, this company provides a fee for service basis for brokerage services rather than the traditional percentage commission basis.

Margaret Krohn is the owner and designated broker. She has worked full time in real estate for over 20 years. Her experience is wide ranging, having specialized in residential and commercial sales, land development, and property management. She is also registered with the Wisconsin REALTORS® Association to provide Pre-license Training for prospective real estate agents. She states, “The time has come for the real estate industry to unbundle their services and permit the consumer to decide how many services they wish to receive.”
