Our Purpose

Property Owners Network, LLC was formed for the purpose of providing the “For Sale By Owner” in Wisconsin assistance in selling their homes. Recognizing that the “Do Not Call” Legislation has severely limited the real estate broker from contacting those sellers who advertise their desire to sell their homes, this company provides a fee for service basis for brokerage services rather than the traditional percentage commission basis.

The market has changed significantly since our inception and now our focus is on our Gold Package which is the full service listing.  We are able to provide the same level of service as the larger franchises for only 4.9% commission.
 
Brokerage is provided on a three tier level clearly defining the services rendered by the broker and those provided by the seller. View our available packages.
