Do you have an actual physical office?


Yes, our office is located in Saukville, centrally located in Ozaukee County. From this base we service all of Southeastern Wisconsin. We are one mile west of I-43. Our hours are 8:00am to 6:00pm Monday through Saturday; Sunday 11:00am to 3:00pm. Other hours by appointment.


There are other companies which offer a similar basic package for less. What makes you different?

First of all we actually come to your home, take pictures and then do a Market Analysis. The Market Analysis uses the recently sold properties in the area to suggest a price range at which your home is likely to sell. We produce a colored data sheet and an “amenities” sheet.

We offer each Seller an opportunity to attend our Seller’s Seminar during which we discuss such topics as: Getting Your Home Ready To Sell, How Conduct a Open House, How to Pre-qualify Buyers, etc. This is followed by a question and answer period.

What is the difference between the Red Package and the Silver Package?

With the both the Red Package and Silver Package your property (home or land) will be put into the Multiple Listing Service within 24 hours. We provide a Market Analysis for both. You will receive a yard sign, open house and/or directional signs and custom brochures.

With the Red Package, you will need an attorney to close the sale. With the Silver Package we will write the Offer to Purchase and coordinate the entire sale through to the Closing.

With both Packages, you show your home and do the Open Houses.


What do you mean that I may have to pay an additional 2.4% co-broke?

Multiple Listing Service is a cooperative system among Realtors. If you purchase the Red Package or the Silver Package and a Realtor finds the buyer, you will be required to pay that Realtor 2.4% of the gross sale. If you, however, find the buyer, then you don’t have the co-broke fee.

The Gold Package requires an Exclusive Right to Sell contract. This is the traditional commission type listing most are used to. In this case there will be a 2.4% co-broke fee in addition to the 2.5% due to the Property Owners Network. The total commission will never exceed 4.9%. This is still a great savings over other firms which charge 5% to 7% for the same services.
